Spirituality in 10 minutes

Did you say “Spirituality”?

In the journey of understanding spirituality, it is crucial to grasp its true essence and purpose. This article aims to demystify spirituality and present it in a simple and understandable way for everyone, regardless of their religious background. By exploring the fundamental principles of love, the nine spiritual bodies, and the five realms, we will discover how spirituality can enhance our lives and connect us to the universe. This understanding is important because it offers a holistic approach to spiritual growth, emphasizing love and interconnectedness with all forms of existence.

The Essence of Spirituality

At the heart of spirituality is love. Spirituality begins with love, is sustained by love, and ultimately ends in love. The primary object of this love is Amun Ra, symbolizing duality: Amun represents the mind, thoughts, and ideas, while Ra represents energy. Therefore, spirituality involves loving the study of our mind (Amun) and the development of our energies (Ra). This love of the higher mind and higher energy is then applied to our nine spiritual bodies, which we will explore in the next section.

The Nine Spiritual Bodies

The Africans of the Nile Valley of Kemet had a much more complex and scientific view of the composition of the being compared to ours, which is limited to the body, the soul, and the spirit. They identified nine constituents: the nine spiritual bodies, or "nine babies." They are essential to spiritual development. Each body has a unique role and must be nourished by love:

  1. Ba (Divine Spark) : The Ba is the divine essence that guides and nourishes other spiritual bodies like a parent.
  2. Physical Body : Spirituality should improve our physical health and well-being.
  3. Soul (Inner Child) : Awakening and nurturing our inner child is crucial for spiritual growth.
  4. Third Eye : Develop our intuition and spiritual perception.
  5. Aura (Acupuncture Meridian) : Balance and strengthen our energy field.
  6. Creative Visualization : Harnessing the power of imagination for spiritual purposes.
  7. His (Omnipotence) : Using sound and vibration for creation and healing.
  8. Reason : Cultivate logical and rational thinking.
  9. Spiritual Name (Destiny) : Understanding and fulfilling our life's purpose.

The Five Kingdoms

To fully develop our nine spiritual bodies, we must engage with five realms: mineral, vegetable, animal, human and divine. Each kingdom has an aspect exterior and interior, making a total of ten kingdoms to explore.

Mineral Kingdom

  1. Exterior Minerals : Rocks, gems, and crystals from the earth are essential. Crystals, in particular, have been used for their healing and psychic-enhancing properties.
  2. Interior Minerals : Consuming essential minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium through a healthy diet is crucial for our physical and spiritual health.

Plant Kingdom

  1. Outdoor Plants : Interact with nature and understand the role of plants in providing oxygen and nourishment. A vegetarian diet is recommended for spiritual purity.
  2. Indoor Plants Ancient teachings link plants to our inner spiritual life. Concepts like celestial stems and earthly branches in Chinese astrology demonstrate this connection. Additionally, chakras are often depicted as flowers or lotuses.

Animal Kingdom

  1. Outdoor Animals : Coexist with animals and respect their role in the ecosystem.
  2. Indoor Animals : Managing our inner animal impulses, represented by the zodiac (from the Greek zôdiakós meaning “circle of small animals”) The zodiac helps us understand and control these impulses.

Human Kingdom

  1. Outside Humans : Interact with other humans and aspire to become enlightened beings.
  2. Inner Humans : Using sacred geometry, astrology, Kabbalah and meridian work to achieve higher states of consciousness.

Divine Kingdom

  1. Outer Deities : Understanding various deities from different spiritual traditions.
  2. Inner Deities : Apply the teachings of these divine beings to our lives through sacred practices and rituals.

The Journey to Spirituality

Spirituality is a journey of love, elevating our spirit and energy by integrating the best aspects of the five realms into our lives. By nourishing our nine spiritual bodies and engaging with the mineral, plant, animal, human, and divine realms, we can achieve holistic spiritual growth. This approach offers a comprehensive and accessible way to understand and practice spirituality, making it possible to explain its essence to anyone in a simple and concise manner.

Conclusion

Understanding spirituality as a journey of love and interconnection with the five realms and nine spiritual bodies offers a clear and holistic path to spiritual growth. By loving and developing our mind and energy, and engaging deeply with the mineral, plant, animal, human, and divine realms, we can achieve spiritual enlightenment and fulfillment. This comprehensive approach ensures that we are balanced and connected to the higher aspects of existence.
